Upon reservation, fifty percent (50%) of contract price is required to officially tagged the schedule to your name.
Full payment should be given upon check-in.
All reservations are Final (Non-Refundable/Non Re-bookable).
Guests must inform the owner if number of guests will exceed the number as reflected in the contract. Additional fees will apply accordingly
All guests with the intent to swim or not are included in the headcount.
The guest should be aware of their check-in and check-out time. Please give our staff ample time to clean the rooms and surroundings for our next guest checking in to the resort.
Damage and loss of items will need to be paid.
In case of power failure, the total payment will be divided by the number of hours rented.
Cancellation policy
In the event of a NO SHOW, any advance payment will not be refunded.
We may cancel your booking prior to any events such as force Majure or facility failure and will be given a full refund.
Security
One thousand pesos (Php.1,000.00) security deposit will be required together with one valid I.D. It will be refundable upon checkout, provided no damages found or missing items reported.
Drugs, Guns, and weapons of any type are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Persons who appear to be under narcotics will be denied admission.
The garage is provided, But the Management is not responsible for your vehicle loss or damage. Leaving valuable items inside your car is at your discretion.
We try to operate in a safe environment; the management is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. Guests freely use all facilities included in our package at their own risk.
Safety
The management / owners is not responsible for any accident, injury, insect or animal bites, and even on lost items during the entire stay.
Keep in mind that wet floors might get slippery so everyone is reminded to be extra careful all the time.
Although we maintain and keep the place clean as much as possible before you arrive, Insects like ants and flies are not beyond our control. Kindly help us maintain the cleanliness of the place at all times.
CCTV camera. This establishment is equipped with 24 hours CCTV camera. Violators will be apprehended.
The RAJ @Home deserves the right to amend or change rules without prior notice regarding resort’s reservation, safety, control, and orderly operation.
Safety
Ask the management first if you plan to bring in additional items such as but not limited to (Inflatables, decoration, etc). Glue dots/ putting any glue on the Walls is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
Wear face mask upon arrival at the venue.
Bring extra disinfectant for personal use(e.g. alcohol)
CCTV camera. This establishment is equipped with 24 hours CCTV camera. Violators will be apprehended.
Maintain Cleanliness. Covid-19 is still around, and we need to be very careful.
No Vandalizing.
Minors are not allowed to enter without ADULT supervision. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted to minors.
Upon check-in avoid we discourage frequent going in and out of the RAJ @Home for everyone’s safety.
NO to Loud Music, and PARTIES/Games after 11:00 PM. The volume of music and conversation should be minimal during this time.
In the use of pool, all guests must take a shower before taking a swim. Persons with open cuts, sores, bandages, colds, coughs, or infected eyes are not permitted in the pool.
Children 14 yrs. Old and under should be supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. Please exercise caution with your children everywhere while on the resort.
Spitting, spouting, or nose-blowing and urinating in the pool IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Strictly No running, diving, or horse playing around the pool area. The resort does not allow children and adults to run, dive or horseplay around the swimming pool area.
If balloons popped, take out immediately out the pool to avoid damaging our filter machine.
Hanging Rod is provided in front of the pool area to Hang Up your Curtain Decor, Etc. Party Poppers are not allowed.
NO SMOKING inside the rooms. AND IN THE POOL AREA.
DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS EVERYWHERE. Ashtrays are provided. Please be a responsible smoker!
DO NOT THROW CHEWING GUMS EVERYWHERE.
Cooking Stove is for heating & Basic Cooking only. You may also bring your Dining Utensils. Bring your own Food/Fast Food.
Cooking BULALO or other oily meats is NOT ALLOWED
• Do not start your motorcycle engine inside the resort.
Rules in Bringing Pets
Small dogs and cats are allowed inside RAJ @Home :
✅ Maximum of 2 pets ✅ Diaper is worn at all times ✅ Cats should be in a cage or with a diaper also. ✅ Big dogs allowed only when they have heavy duty leash and will be leashed near the gate. (inside the resort) ✅ Pet Owner will be responsible in cleaning their poos and pees ❌ They are not allowed to swim in the pool. ❌ They are not allowed inside the rooms. ❌ Do not bring them if they are not VACCINATED and not groomed.
We will check them first before going in. Please keep the place clean with their waste. Failure to follow these rules or else you will be fined.
